The “insurrection” narrative was flaming out so they had to juice it up. Thus, we now have the latest putsch by Biden’s handlers: seditious conspiracy.

They couldn’t charge for “insurrection” but this comes close for their propoganda purposes.

Never mind that actual legal proceedings will result, let alone convinctions. Andrew McCarthy over at NRO weighs in to say why. Basically, while reflexively blaming Trump for all the world’s ills, McCarthy nevertheless eviscerates the legal underpinnings of this spurious charge.

When I look at actions like these taken by Deep State actors, I always ask: Why? Why now? And Who Benefits?

The Why is pretty simple. To declare anyone attending J6 who sent so much as an email refuting the 2020 election is a DOMESTIC TERRORIST. This underpins the Dem midterm gameplan that declares any oppo disloyal oppo. Welcome to Germnay, circa 1930s.

The Why Now is pretty sttraightforward, too. DOJ had to do something to bolster the flameout that is the “Insurrection” narrative. The coverage of Ray Epps was devastating to the scheme. It’s been a year … you think they’d wait this long to charge? Or even hold him in the DC Gitmo on a lesser charge?

Among those that benefit are Pelosi’s last gasp J6 “committee”, illegally formed and purely tyrannical in nature. Sideshow types like Cheney and Kizinger also benefit. the media, however, is probably the biggest beneficiary.

This all smacks of a show trial framework. Darren Beattie’s reporting in Revolver.news for months has called out Rhodes (and Epps) as Fed finks. His 3:30 spot on Warroom points out the inconsistencies in DOJ’s handling of Rhodes for this whole year. His deeper dive is on Timcast. « This is nust-see.

Beattie points out that the charging documents focus almost exclusively on Rhodes. Yet the dragnet ensnared 10 others.

I believe the goal here is to throw the cone of silence over J6 legal proceedings. Beattie has it right in the Timcast: now Rhodes will be untouchable. “The DOJ does not comment on …”.
