True the Vote v The Stasi
Throwing dissenters in jail, like Engelbrecht and Phillips of True the Vote, the data providers behind 2000 Mules, is par for the course in these former United States.
Have you heard about the jailing of Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips — the data sources behind 2000 Mules?
You must keep your eyes on this topic as it truly gets to what we will be as a country moving forward.
True the Vote is the organization that gathered the cell phone location data of ballot traffickers, made famous in the Dinesh D’Souza film 2000 Mules. This movie made a persuasive case of rampant illegalities underpinning the 2020 elections.
Catherine Engelbracht is the driving force behind True the Vote, an organization targeted by Lois Lerner back in the Obama Tea Party suppression era. IRS data on Tea Party organizations back in 2011/2012 ushered in the weaponization of political opponents ever since.
Now, we’re in the election denier suppression era. Engelbrecht and her sidekick, the data guy Gregg Philips, are now sitting in jail. 2000 Mules has been that effective.
The trumped-up contempt charge is regarding a source that led them to tip the FBI to the wrongdoings of a company called Konnech, which is at the root of this silliness.
The wrongdoings Engelbrecht and Phillips tipped the FBI re: Konnech? That, yes indeed, data that Konnech collects was in fact made available to China, even though Konnech contractually declared to Los Angeles that its data would be stored only in the US.
What data does Konnech collect? Poll worker data.
Why would China be interested in poll worker data? Oh, the many ways such data can be used. Can you imagine the potential for extortion and bribery — or technical malfeasance? It’s the same reason China pilfered the federal OPM (Office of Personnel Management) database some years back. All to gain an edge on the people in charge of a government function, in this case, ballot processing, supervisory functions, ELECTION MACHINE HANDLING, and the like.
A Reagan appointee (the Uniparty encompasses all) slapped a contempt citation on E & P. They sit in jail tonight.
As this story unfolds, a few things to remember:
This is another in a long line of offensive Stasi-like actions against dissenters. The Deep State is in full panic mode but, being cornered like rats, they are lashing out wildly now.
It gets detailed but the handling of this issue tells me that not only is the Deep State panicked but they’re operating more stupidly than is typical. Their forte is message consistency. But their lockstep uniformity is clearly breaking down. I refer to the NYT article just a week or so ago declaring Konnech to be a target of conspiracy theories, only to be followed the very next day by an indictment of Konnech’s CEO by the LA DA — for making data available to China! Such mismatched outcomes can only be explained by dissension within the Deep State ranks. In this case , LA told DC to pound sand. Wow.
Judge shopping led to the imbecile that threw the contempt charge at E & P. This will backfire on the judge because he issued the contempt charge before exhausting all other means. (Shades of the Alex Jones trial.)
The courts still give WAY too much deference to State actors.
It’s one thing for the Deep State to put away J6 rabble rousers in the Garland Gulag (and the J6 topic as a whole has been a giant dud, politically) — but it’s quite another to mess with tough-as-nails Engelbrecht (and Phillips). The blowback will be massive.
Deep State actors are acting brashly. I think they’re in their death throes. No, they’re not going away tomorrow, but they see the walls closing in. This is always the most dangerous situation. Hang tight — and VOTE. Vote in person … on or before election day. DO NOT mail your ballot now. DROP IT OFF.
